Refund Policies For Rental

Refund Policy (Rentals):

The Deposit Shall be returned in full to the customer 3 days within their check-out.

If Customers Cancelled their booking a 3 days prior their check-in a 30% will be deducted from their total deposit paid.


If customers brings damages to the property such as, Breaking doors, Damaging TV, Wall, Bed or anything inside the property, The Value of the damage shall be deducted from the deposit.
