1. United Arab Emirates Jurisdiction

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law for this website and all transactions shall be in accordance with UAE local law.

2. Booking Confirmation

To secure your accommodation booking, we require a refundable deposit of £1,000 at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your reservation for the specified duration.

The remaining balance for your stay must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival at the accommodation.

Rent for your accommodation will be collected weekly (every 7 days).

Once your payment is confirmed via WhatsApp, email, or the website, you will receive a booking confirmation through email and WhatsApp.

Weyacom Property reserves the right to cancel any booking if the deposit or the full payment for the required period is not made within the specified timeframe prior to arrival.

3. Payment Methods and Currency

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. All payments will be processed in GBP (£).

A secure payment link will be sent to you, and a receipt will be issued upon completion of payment.

4. Trade Restrictions

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC-sanctioned countries and other restricted regions as per UAE regulations.

5. User Eligibility

Users under the age of 18 (minors) shall not register as a user of this website and shall not transact or use the website.

6. Customer Responsibility

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, merchant policies, and rules. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

7. Security Deposit

The £1,000 deposit will be refunded in full unless there is damage to the property or its furnishings. In such cases, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

8. Cancellation Policy

If the Tenant cancels the booking after paying the deposit, 50% of the deposit will be returned, and the Landlord will retain 50%.

If the Tenant has not paid the full amount but only the deposit, the Landlord will return 50% of the deposit and retain 50%.

9. Extensions

The Tenant may extend their stay at any time, subject to availability. Additional charges will apply.

10. Liability for Damages

The Tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.

11. Ownership and Operation

This website is owned and operated by Weyacom Property as per the trade license.

12. Property Purchase Terms

Customers can view properties and will be provided with all necessary documentation and assistance.

Real estate mortgage options of up to 70% of the property value are available. Customers must pay a 30% down payment.

The 15% initial down payment is refundable if financing is not secured.

If the customer cancels after paying the 15% down payment, 12% will be refunded, with 3% retained as a cancellation fee.

Upon mortgage approval, the remaining 15% must be paid in three installments of 5% each.

The property will be registered under the customer’s name but held as collateral by the bank until the mortgage is fully paid.

13. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information necessary for processing property purchases, including contact details, financial information, and property preferences.

Data will be used solely for property transactions and financing facilitation.

We ensure the security of collected data and do not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Customers have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information.
